Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Evaltiqs. By accessing or using Evaltiqs, including running a free report, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Evaltiqs is a trade name of Abjad Solutions LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. References to "Evaltiqs," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to Abjad Solutions LLC. Our registered mailing address is in Arlington, Virginia.
Evaltiqs is an AI Recommendation Readiness platform designed for business owners and professionals responsible for a business's public presence. The service evaluates whether a submitted public business URL and its connected public footprint are clear, trusted, and defensible enough to be mentioned, explained, and recommended in AI-mediated answers and discovery experiences.
Depending on the plan and available evidence, Evaltiqs may evaluate website content, public profiles and listings, reviews, ratings, freshness, entity and category clarity, structured data, answerability, competitor context, Google Search Console evidence supplied through an authorized connection, and other public trust signals. Evaltiqs uses deterministic scoring together with AI-generated interpretation and action planning.
Evaltiqs is an informational tool. It is not a marketing agency, a legal advisor, a financial advisor, or a management consultant. Nothing in any Evaltiqs report constitutes professional advice of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Evaltiqs. By using the service you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using Evaltiqs on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Evaltiqs uses passwordless authentication via magic links sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for all activity that occurs under your Evaltiqs account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@evaltiqs.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service.
Evaltiqs offers a limited free report to allow users to experience the service. Free reports may be limited to one evaluation per email address or monitored URL during a stated access period, currently up to 180 days. Applicable limits are presented in the product or account experience. The free tier is provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Evaltiqs offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing you authorize Evaltiqs to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription price until you cancel.
Certain Evaltiqs products are available as one-time purchases (including the Visibility Study, Strategy Report, and AI & Tech Audit). One-time purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered. If a technical failure prevents delivery, contact us at info@evaltiqs.com for a resolution.
Evaltiqs combines deterministic scoring and software-generated evidence processing with AI-generated interpretation, summaries, and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
Evaltiqs reports are software-generated outputs and are not representations that a human analyst independently reviewed every result.
Evaltiqs collects or derives evidence from publicly available websites, business profiles, listings, reviews, search surfaces, and other public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of third-party data. Public information reflects what was available at the time of collection and may not reflect real-time conditions.
When you connect an authorized first-party integration, Evaltiqs uses the resulting data only to provide the requested service, subject to our Privacy Policy and the third party's applicable terms. Evaltiqs does not claim access to private sources that you have not connected or authorized.
Evaltiqs scores are deterministic readiness assessments based on the evidence available for the submitted URL and connected public footprint. Components may include entity clarity, digital-footprint coverage, public trust, answerability, technical signals, freshness, visibility evidence, and competitive defensibility. AI-generated report agents may interpret a score but do not override it. No score guarantees that any search engine, AI provider, answer engine, customer, or other third party will mention or recommend a business.

Evaltiqs and all content, features, functionality, branding, and technology associated with the service are owned by Abjad Solutions LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Reports generated for your account are licensed to you for your own business use. You may share individual reports with your clients, partners, or advisors. You may not sell reports, publish them publicly, or use them as the basis for a competing service.
Each subscription tier includes a defined number of primary public business URLs: Professional includes 1 monitored URL, Entrepreneur includes 3, and Portfolio includes 10. Connected Google profiles, social profiles, marketplace listings, and other public sources may support the footprint evidence for a monitored URL and do not each consume a separate URL slot. Increasing monitored URL capacity requires moving to a plan with a higher included limit.
Each paid plan also includes a monthly amount of analysis capacity sized for ordinary use of that plan. Analysis capacity covers AI-generated report sections, report refreshes, monitoring checks, market pulse briefings, technology briefings, and similar automated intelligence features. The exact amount of included capacity may vary by plan, feature, and account configuration.
Evaltiqs may measure analysis capacity internally using usage metrics such as report runs, monitored URLs, data-source calls, AI model usage, input tokens, output tokens, and estimated processing cost. These internal measurements help us operate the service, prevent abuse, and keep plan pricing sustainable. They are not a separate fee unless we clearly present and you approve an additional purchase or plan upgrade.
If your account approaches or exceeds the normal analysis capacity for your plan, Evaltiqs may notify you, delay non-urgent refreshes, reduce the frequency of deep analysis, limit additional monitored businesses, or ask you to approve a plan upgrade before continuing high-volume use. Basic account access and already-generated reports will not be removed solely because you reached a fair-use threshold.
Evaltiqs does not automatically charge surprise overage fees. Any paid plan upgrade or additional purchase must be shown to you before purchase and accepted by you through the checkout or billing flow.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abjad Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Evaltiqs, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Evaltiqs shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Evaltiqs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any report or analysis produced by the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abjad Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the service, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Evaltiqs retains your account data, reports, and associated business intelligence data for as long as your account remains active and for up to 3 years following account closure. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@evaltiqs.com. Certain data may be retained longer where required by law or legitimate business necessity.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Evaltiqs at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes to these Terms by email to your registered address or by prominent notice within the service. Your continued use of Evaltiqs after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Evaltiqs shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@evaltiqs.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of 30 days.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Abjad Solutions LLC regarding your use of Evaltiqs and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
